Onwugbolu this man has been pretending to be
a madman to pick baby diapers from dustbin
for ritual purpose.
After serious beating, Here is what the Mad
man said:-
“When I sell the pampers for native doctor
they will use it for ritual and the baby will sick
and die after 14 days”.
